CedolinoApp: A Simple Human Resource Management Platform

CedolinoApp is a simple human resource management platform designed for Labor Consultants and HR offices of micro and small businesses. It allows a Labor Consultant or an internal payroll employee to send payslips, tax documents, and any other company document to a protected user area with SSL protocol and 2048-bit encrypted password.

This platform enables the operator to create, modify, and remove user profiles independently. It also allows the creation of individual or multiple users, identifying different fields such as name, surname, and tax code. The creation of multiple users can be done by uploading a pre-set Excel file, which can be directly downloaded from the company section.

Each user is assigned a random password, which can be found in the PDF file automatically created by the operator. For security reasons, the user must replace the password upon first login.

Once logged in, the user can access their profile and view available documents. They can easily view, download, and print their payslip, tax document, and any other document by selecting the "Folder Management" menu.
